3D Printing – Fortus 250mc

Fortus 250mc

If you or your company already has a model of what you would like printed with no need for additional design aspects, this is what you’re likely looking for. Our prints are created using a Fortus 250mc FTM machine with a build envelope of 254x254x305 mm (10x10x12 in) and an accuracy of +/- 0.241mm (0.0095in). Layer thickness is as low as a 0.178mm or 0.007in with a maximum of 0.330mm or 0.013in.

All prints are made with an ABSplus-P430 material in a variety of colours (subject to availability) and can be optimized for superior surface finish or product durability. These parts can range from a lightweight honeycomb interior to a solid plastic interior depending on what is required.

Time to print is variable depending on the complexity and size of the model as well as the amount of pre-production work that must be undertaken in order to produce the best result. For more information or to look in to getting a print, please contact us at general@cmdprototyping.com
